Heads of School or Department must give approval, in writing, prior to the staff member being given keys to enter any campus building or office. Once approval has been received, staff members will be issued keys by Campus Operations and given instructions on accessing the security system.
Building access is via a coded card system and appropriately coded cards or fobs will be issued to staff.
Please notify Campus Operations immediately if a key or swipe card has been lost. Replacement keys will be at a cost to the School or Unit.
