Moving is always a challenge but you can take three important steps to make your office move as smooth as possible:
Archive: in the lead up to your move, there is no charge for archiving your papers and associated material.
Clean out your office: Remove everything that you do not want or need in your new office. Pay particular attention to unwanted paper files and to items not allowed in the new building, such as heaters, kettles and fans (take these home). To arrange the collection of confidential waste and of recyclable items such as paper, cardboard and electronic waste, simply desk request). To arrange for archive boxes or for the removal of waste, email your request to email@example.com stating what you require and using the code #TDMB in the subject line.
Pack your personal effects in the moving boxes that Campus Operations will provide to your office in the weeks before the move.
