HR is responsible for developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to assist and support you in your role.
Policies are prepared and posted on the web as determined policies introduced by Vice-Chancellor's determination. Subsequent to this, consultations are held with the University workplace community, including the ACU Staff Consultative Committee; staff suggestions and input are considered by the University prior to finalisation of each policy.
Any staff member who requires assistance with a particular policy or procedure should first consult their nominated supervisor who is responsible for the implementation and operation of these arrangements in their work area. Should further information or advice be required staff should visit Service Central.
