The myVoice staff engagement survey is open between 27 March and 11 April 2017. The survey asks you for your feedback on ACU as a place to work, and on a range of management practices. All continuing, fixed term, casual and sessional staff will receive an email invitation containing a link to the survey on Monday 27 March. Your feedback is confidential and the overall results will be independently analysed by Voice Project and communicated back to staff mid-year.

How your feedback drives change at ACU
The feedback you give via myVoice informs changes across the University. For example, feedback in myVoice 2014 identified a need for improved communication and collaboration across ACU. The University responded to this feedback in a number of ways, including the development of a new internal communications plan to improve communication, collaboration and staff engagement across ACU. Also, over the last two years, ACU’s leaders and managers have participated in workshops on collaboration and communications at the annual conference, Leading and Managing in the ACU Context.
The stories below highlight some of the changes that have been implemented to improve ACU as a place to work, and to support ACU’s strategic objectives.
