6.3 WORKPLACE BULLYING

6.3.1 Workplace Bullying is defined as repeated and unreasonable behaviour directed towards a person, or a group of people, that creates a risk to health, safety and well-being.

6.3.2 The University is committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for work and study that is free from bullying and violence.

6.3.3 The University will apply the Workplace Bullying Policy and Procedure for dealing with complaints of workplace bullying. Any disputes in relation to such procedures are to be managed in accordance with the relevant Workplace Health and Safety Legislation of that State, and are not subject to the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement.

6.3.4 The University will not change the Workplace Bullying Policy and Procedure for the life of this Agreement other than to update the Policy and Procedure to ensure regulatory compliance. Any change to the Workplace Bullying Policy and Procedure will occur by mutual agreement of the University, CPSU NSW and the NTEU.
