IRM work request Online Form

Our preferred method of contact for work requests is the IRM Work Request Form.

The new Priority categories have been super useful to help streamline our processes and service delivery.

The Priority categories are:

URGENT! For jobs requests that need an immediate action
Within 24 hours This is IRM’s ‘normal’ turnaround time
Within 48 hours Lower priority
Low Priority Can be a longer than 2 days to complete

Matrix content freeze

The Squiz Matrix upgrade is complete, and we have caught up on any outstanding jobs that we received during the content freeze. The new and improved Matrix looks great and web updates are back to running smoothly.

New Year update

We have been making annual updates and cross-checking to ensure everything is now displaying 2018 information. If anyone comes across any links which have not been updated, please notify us via the IRM Work Request Form.

Course Progression

We are working through scribing updates and new courses and continue to work on any ad hoc Course Progression queries as they come in. We recommend course or unit specific queries (e.g. enrolment or grades) are sent to the relevant sections. If we receive any direct emails from students we are asking them to refer to their course coordinator or AskACU in the first instance.

Don’t forget the Course Progression Training Request form is available for staff to request training. This training is very good for Faculty staff who are advising students on course progression but we encourage everyone to do training – join us! Tell your friends!

Please continue to send any user access requests to the Course Progression inbox.

For further information on the handling of Course Progression queries, refer to Course Progression Frequently Asked Questions, Common questions and troubleshooting on the Course Progression web pages on the Staff site.

Please direct queries to course.progression@acu.edu.au

Website Accessibility Updates

We continue to ensure accessibility and readability of all our web pages to comply with the standards recommended by Vision Australia.
