Service Central will provide staff with a single location to access the information and services for staff provided by ACU’s Corporate Services. A phased implementation will mean that the following services will be made available through Service Central by May 2019:
Our front-line Service Central Officers are available to help you from 7:30am to 6:30pm (Melbourne time) Monday to Friday (excepting National Public Holidays). This ensures adequate coverage for teaching activities at key times in the morning and early evening. During these hours, the Service Central Team will respond to the requests and queries you make via the portal or phone. Information about services is also available for staff 24/7 via the searchable knowledge base in the Service Central portal. A Live Chat function is also available in the Service Central portal, providing ACU staff with another way of contacting Service Central Officers. Live Chat is available between 9am-5pm weekdays (excluding national public holidays).
