The Properties and Facilities Directorate supports ACU achieve its Mission and Vision through the planning, development, operation and maintenance of the University's physical infrastructure, buildings and grounds.
Led by the Director, Properties and Facilities, the Directorate consists of three departments:
The Office of the Director includes the National Managers of Planning, Real Estate and Sustainability, as well as the Space Database team, and is responsible for strategic direction and management, property purchase and leasing, benchmarking and reporting and continuous improvement in the physical operation of ACU's six campuses.
Facilities Management is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the built environment, including cleaning, security, parking, grounds and essential services. Campus Concierge is the face of the Facilities Management team and assist visitors to the campus as well as supporting the daily coordination of the team.
Development and Capital Projects manage the detailed planning and oversee the construction of building projects from simple office refurbishments up to the University’s most significant investments in campus developments.
