The Development and Capital Projects (DCP) team acts in two key roles:
To manage the delivery of capital projects from end to end. In this role, we look to procure and manage professional project management organisations and other external consultants to form a cohesive team under the supervision of a Project Control Group, which is convened once capital funding has been approved.
To deliver fit-out and new build projects most often with the assistance of the Facilities Management team for projects under $250K.
Please note that we operate as a Project Office undertaking both the management of the overall portfolio of current and future projects, as well as the delivery program of specific projects in accordance with the policy and procedures provided in ACU’s Buildings and Estates Policy, National Project Management Guidelines and Project Management Framework.
