Building Compliance is a legislative requirement. Every occupied building within the ACU portfolio is tested, verified and confirmed to be operating to performance standards.
Facilities Management will annually coordinate an exhaustive full function fire test ensuring that all the different systems, services and infrastructure elements are fully operational and are operating to the buildings fire safety matrix.
Properties & Facilities engage bi-annually a specialized service provider to ensure that evaluation tests are performed, the critical systems and infrastructure are tested to ensure that alarms and warning tones are published, recognized and noted.
