The Development and Capital Projects (DCP) team receives daily requests to change physical spaces and you can submit a request by visiting Service Central at staff.acu.edu.au/servicecentral.
You will be prompted to answer six questions, which will help us understand the priority of the request:
What is the space request?
Help us understand why this is required?
Help us understand any timing constraints or deadlines for completing the request and how long do you need this change for?
What are the benefits to the University of this request?
What other options might be considered in order to address the problem? Are there implications for continuing with the current conditions?
Has this request got the endorsement of your supervisor?
For any other project queries, you can contact the relevant state-based State Development Manager or any one of the DCP team. We will assist you or point you in the right direction.
What to expect
The local DCP team will receive your request and contact you as soon as practicable, no later though than two business days. For most requests we aim to respond within five business days. The more complex requests may take a little longer.
For us to best meet your needs, we ask that you provide us with reasonable notice, so that we can provide the best outcome after having confirmed your needs and requirements. Some indicative examples of the time it takes to meet a work request is shown in the table below.
