Administering LEO systems

Tasks related to this service includes:

  • System user management
  • System settings changes
  • Configuration management

Access

First level support requests by teaching staff via:
The LEO Technical Support page available 24/7.

Phone support (1800 246 442) from:

  • 8 am to 10pm, Monday to Friday (Sydney Time)
  • 9am to 5pm, Weekends and NSW Public Holidays (Sydney Time)
  • Closed: Good Friday and Christmas

Queries and requests to Faculty eLearning contacts (where available).

Accuracy

All changes to TEL systems must pass User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to deployment.

Customised TEL Workshops

Access

  • Requests via Faculty eLearning contacts (where available)
  • Requests to the LTC
  • Multiple modes of delivery depending on workshop requirements:
    • Face-to-face
    • Synchronous, online classes, available across all campuses and remote site

Accuracy

The design and delivery of the workshops are aligned with the learning outcomes.

LEO PD workshops

Face-to-face Learning Environment Online (LEO) workshops run each semester on a range of LEO topics.

Access

LEO PD workshops will be delivered during semester 1 and semester 2 on the following campuses:

  • Melbourne St Patrick
  • Ballarat Aquinas
  • Brisbane McAuley at Banyo
  • Canberra Signadou
  • North Sydney MacKillop
  • Strathfield Mount St Mary

Timeliness

Workshops will be opened for registration through Staff Connect three weeks before the start of semester 1 and semester 2.

Information regarding the workshops will be made available on the Learning & Teaching website one week before registration opens.

Accuracy

The design and delivery of the workshops are aligned with the learning outcomes.

TEL consultancy

Consultancy services include:

  • Program or steering committee memberships
  • Project coordination, and
  • Project team membership

Access

Requests for consultancy services should be sent to elearning.ltc@acu.edu.au

Webinar Professional Development sessions to develop staff capabilities in Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) will be:

  • Sessions will be recorded and available online, on demand 24/7
