The ACU Facility Administrators are multi-skilled and highly diverse in a range of tasks and activities and will be able to provide you with up to date information about ACU community activities and events.

  • Melbourne 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Ballarat 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday

Concierge Desk maybe manned by the Security Manager early morning, late afternoon and during meal breaks. Times may also vary depending on the availability of resources and during out of semester weeks. If the Concierge Desk is unattended, please consult the notice board for an alternative contact number.

How to request a service

If you have a service request or require assistance, we welcome you to complete a request through Service Central at staff.acu.edu.au/servicecentral or phone (07) 3623 7272 to speak to the Service Central team.

Properties and Facilities staff strive to always deliver the best service possible. All service requests are categorised against pre-determined Service Level Agreements (time/duration) that clearly identify when each task needs to be completed.
