The ACU Facility Administrators are multi-skilled and highly diverse in a range of tasks and activities and will be able to provide you with up to date information about ACU community activities and events.
See us at the Campus Concierge Desk, which is the single point of knowledge and information for all staff and students at ACU providing support, assistance and information about our buildings and facilities, campus activities or just a helpful advice.
Concierge Desk maybe manned by the Security Manager early morning, late afternoon and during meal breaks. Times may also vary depending on the availability of resources and during out of semester weeks. If the Concierge Desk is unattended, please consult the notice board for an alternative contact number.

Properties and Facilities staff strive to always deliver the best service possible. All service requests are categorised against pre-determined Service Level Agreements (time/duration) that clearly identify when each task needs to be completed.
