LTC conducts a number of additional student surveys throughout the year and collaborates with various stakeholders to administer and report on the following:
ACU College - End of Course Evaluation
The ACU College End of Course Evaluation is part of the quality assurance process for vocational education and training (VET) courses offered by ACU. Reporting on student feedback regarding their courses is required for VET accreditation by the Australian Skills Quality Authority which reports to the Australian Government.
Survey field dates: Determined in collaboration with ACU College
ACU College - Half Yearly Evaluation
The ACU College Half Yearly Evaluation is part of the ongoing quality improvement process for vocational education and training (VET) courses offered by ACU. The survey enables student feedback at specific stages of their enrolled courses.
Survey field dates: June and December each year
Living and Learning Community (LLC) survey
The LLC survey is conducted in collaboration withthe Student Engagement and Services Directory in the Students, Learning and Teaching (SLT) portfolio. Students living at the accommodation owned or managed by ACU are invited to provide feedback on their experiences at related to residences, including facilities, services, communal/ social activities and support. The survey results are reported to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor - Students, Learning and Teaching and relevant staff in the SLT portfolio.

Post Placement Feedback survey
The Post Placement Feedback survey is a short survey designed for students undertaking work integrated learning as part of their coursework units, and completing the placement at times outside the SELT survey periods for the specific units.
Survey field dates: July-December each year
Rome Campus Experience (RCE) survey
The RCE survey is conducted in collaboration with, and the results are reported to, the Office of the Provost. The survey purpose is to collect student feedback on a number of aspects related to their experience at the Rome campus (campus facilities and services, community engagement, etc.).
Survey field dates: Quarterly
Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) survey
The SSAF survey is conducted in collaboration with Student Strategies area in the Students, Learning and Teaching (SLT) portfolio. All current ACU students are invited to identify the services and amenities on ACU campuses and other forms of support that are important to them. The information collected through this survey assists ACU in determining the best ways to support students with SSAF fund. The survey results are reported to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor - Students, Learning and Teaching and relevant staff in the SLT portfolio.
