Online and phone support

ACU provides LEO Support through an extended hours telephone number and web form managed by our educational technology partner, Androgogic.

For LEO Support enquiries please contact Androgogic via:

• or via the web form while you are logged in to LEO

The LEO Support operating times are:

• Monday to Friday, 8am - 10pm (Sydney Time)
• Weekends and NSW Public Holidays, 9am - 5pm (Sydney Time)
• Closed: Good Friday & Christmas

Please note, for help with Lecture Capture (Echo360) and desktop software (such as Excel or Photoshop), please log a request via IT Service Central.

Your faculties and schools can provide much advice, help and support. Please ask your supervisor for eLearning contacts within your faculty.

Professional Development and Training

The Learning and Teaching Centre runs a range of online workshops and webinars to provide continuing support for teaching staff. For more information visit the page on Teaching online workshops and drop-ins.

It is possible to request either a face-to-face or online workshop on a technology enhanced learning topic of need. These requests will normally only be accepted if at least five participants can be guaranteed. To request a workshop please email eLearning.LTC@acu.edu.au.
