2015 collection of 2014 research publications is now open. Our reporting of research publications should be comprehensive and accurate. The University will use this information to measure our research performance and the Commonwealth Government will use it, together with other measures, to provide funding to the University.
ACU's research publications collection encompasses 4 subsets of data:
HERDC-eligible research publications
ERA non-traditional research outputs(also known as Creative Works)
University Only research publications and outputs
Non-affiliated research publications (also known as the collection of the publication history of newly-employed academic staff members)
Every ACU staff member or student, who has published a research publicationin 2014, is responsible for providing their 2014 research publications together with all required documentation to their designated Research Data Collection Coordinator (RDCC).
Where there is more than one ACU author on a publication, only the first-named ACU author in the publication byline has the responsibility to report the publication.
Please refer to the Research Collection Manual available on our Higher Education Research Data Collection webpage (http://www.acu.edu.au/477171) for full details, an explanation of each category and web links to the required coversheets and checklists.
The contact details of Research Data Collection Coordinators are also available on our Higher Education Research Data Collection webpage (http://www.acu.edu.au/477171 under the sub-heading ‘Collection Process’).
The due date for the submission of all 2014 research publications to Research Services is 31 March 2015.
If you belong to a Faculty, it is important that you contact your Research Data Collection Coordinator for information on your Faculty’s timelines. Your Faculty may have an earlier deadline in order to meet Research Services’ 31 March 2015 due date.
