Ten scholarships are available for the Certificate IV in in Leadership and Management. Apply before February 19 for the opportunity to undertake take this nationally-recognised qualification, which is designed to develop Professional Staff supervisors, assistant supervisors and team leaders.
Would you like to further strengthen your leadership skills? Scholarships are now available to undertake the Certificate IV in in Leadership and Management, a nationally-recognised qualification designed to develop and improve the competencies of frontline managers and supervisors.
The program is aimed at Professional Staff supervisors, assistant supervisors and team leaders who are continuing full-time or fixed-term staff who have been employed by the University for a period greater than two years in duration.
Participants will gain significant benefits from the course including enhanced management skills, improvement in work performance, and opportunities for future career development.
Ten scholarships are being offered for commencement of the Certificate IV program in March 2016. To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must be an Australian citizen or hold the relevant Visa for study in Australia and be prepared to complete the entire program within 18 months (or less) from commencement. Applicants must have the full support of their Nominated Supervisor to undertake the program.

Please understand that if you are selected for the scholarship, this course requires significant time and commitment.
