ACU's annual public report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) has been lodged and is now available for viewing.
Stafff are advised that ACU has submitted its Workplace Gender Equality Agency Compliance Report for 2015.
ACU lodged its annual public report with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) on Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Lodgement of this report ensures the University is meeting the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (WGEA Act).
You are invited to review the report, which is available at Gender Equality at ACU page on the HR website. As staff members of ACU, you are welcome to make comments on the report either to ACU at email@example.com or to WGEA. Please refer to WGEA’s guidelines on the process on their website www.wgea.gov.au.
In 2014, ACU was one of nine universities to be awarded the prestigious Employer of Choice in Gender Equality (EOCGE) Citation, which recognises employers that demonstrate a strong commitment to gender equality. The University is applying for the EOCGE citation in 2015 and will continue to make gender equality a priority.
