Do you know how to effectively self-manage your stress levels when you feel they are rising? Join a Holistic Wellbeing workshop on your campus in November to develop your own personalised plan for feeling well at home and at work.
ACU staff who would like explore techniques that can effectively support their ongoing wellbeing, can register for a Holistic Wellbeing workshop on their campus in November. This three-hour interactive workshop explores physical wellbeing as well as psychological and emotional wellbeing. This face-to-face session facilitated by an experienced consultant from the University’s Employee Assistance Program provider, AccessEAP.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore tools for optimal wellbeing, learn practical techniques to manage themselves through challenging situations and to make a personal wellbeing plan. The workshop aims to enhance confidence in integrating personal wellbeing with professional life.
Objectives of the workshop:
to understand self in context of current work and life situation
to understand personal stress signature
to understand impact of stress
to understand value of resilience
strategies to manage stress and build resilience (including mindfulness and positive psychology)
to walk away with a personal wellbeing plan.
