Drawing on specific examples and experience, this program
highlights common errors made by Australian organisations, which can result in
ineffective programs, while introducing best practice approaches for business.
Our Masterclass examines some of the key requirements for
building ethical cultures in both private and public sectors as experienced by
our Facilitators while working with Australian and International Organisations.
Professor Michael Segon
Associate Professor Michael Segon has held the position of
Integrity Specialist with both KPMG and McGrath Nicol Consulting firms. He has
worked with many clients in the development of ethical practice, conducted
ethics audits, review of codes of ethics and conduct, and ethics training.
Michael has written over 30 articles across ethics and management fields, and
currently is in the process of finalising his forthcoming book "Bad People
Bad Business: Strategies for detecting and avoiding Corporate Psychopaths”.
Mr Murali Neelamegam has extensive management and organisational
experience in fields of organisational change with his work with Telstra and
specialised in cross cultural leadership with the Empower Group. Established in
his consulting practice, Dynamic Wisdom, he now offers executive coaching and
values based approaches to management and culture.
