Professor Jennifer Nedeslsky, a Professorial Fellow from the Institute of Social Justice, presents at the prestigious cultural festival, New York Encounter.
Professor Jennifer Nedelsky, a Professorial Fellow, from the Institute of Social Justice, recently presented at New York Encounter, an annual three-day public cultural festival centered around presentations, artistic performances, conferences and exhibits which focus on a variety of charitable, cultural, and work-related initiatives.
Professor Nedelsky presented alongside Cardinal Timothy Dolan, Archbishop of New York, and Timothy Shriver, Chairman of the Special Olympics.
Professor Nedelsky’s teaching and scholarship focus on Feminist Theory, Legal Theory, American Constitutional History and Interpretation, and Comparative Constitutionalism. She is currently based at the University of Toronto.
