Student Administration has established a priority help line for ACU staff as the AskACU Contact Centre begins its official operations on 1 June.
As of this date staff can dial ext 8282, and be placed in a priority queue for assistance by the first available Client Service Officer.
From 1 June all incoming calls to the 1300 ASK ACU number, and the published campus Student Centre numbers will go to the AskACU Contact Centre, resulting in a more consistent customer experience for students and staff.
Of course, your friendly Student Centre staff members are still available in the Student Centre on your campus to help with face-to-face enquiries.
We ask that you bear with us as we adjust to our new systems and processes over the next couple of weeks. This is the first step in a number of Student Centre transformations to be rolled out over the coming months.
