Due to the upcoming Easter holidays, staff are advised to note the revised pay processing deadlines and ensure timely submission of salary payment documentation this week such as casual staff timesheets and other salary claim forms.
Due to the University closure at Easter for the Good Friday and Easter Monday public holidays, there is a need to adjust the normal deadlines for the submission of salary payment documentation such as casual staff timesheets and other salary claim forms.
In line with the dates published on the Payment Claim 2016, the cut-off for accepting documentation will be 5:00 pm Wednesday 23 March 2016. Please note that due to the tight timeframe of processing the pay and the current volume of work, it will not be possible to process claims received after the published deadline. These claims will be held over to the following fortnight. Salary payments will be made as normal on Wednesday 30 March 2016.
