Academic Board has approved two revised Student Policies, effective 1 January 2015.
1) Policy on Student Complaint Management
This policy provides a framework for fair and equitable processes which enable student concerns to be addressed as quickly as possible and at a level as close to the source of complaint as possible. The revised policy and associated procedures replace the previous Student Complaint Management Policy.
2) Policy on Dealing with Instances of Falsified, Fraudulent or Misleading Documentation
This policy provides the framework for maintaining coordinated and consistent practices across Australian Catholic University in dealing with instances of falsified, fraudulent or misleading documentation. The revised policy and associated procedures replace the previous policy, Falsification of Documentation – Students.
