Learn how to build your resilience and effectively manage stress by attending a seminar on 13 December.
As we come to the end of another busy year, this is an opportunity to attend a seminar which will assist you to make the most of time with family and friends during the end of year break and start 2018 feeling refreshed and ready for success.
Stress Awareness and Building Resilience will be facilitated by an experienced consultant from AccessEAP, the University’s Employee Assistance Provider. By attending this seminar, participants will understand more about the effects of stress, the benefits of building resilience and strategies that will assist them to look after their wellbeing and deal more effectively with the usual stresses of work and life.
These sessions combine a blend of interaction, exercises and information to support participants’ learning. This seminar will cover:

Identifying signs of stress and your stress signature
10 tips to build resilience
Where to access further support
