The Student Central Project is now under way, aiming to bring an improved customer service experience to ACU students and staff.
The Student Central Project is now under way, aiming to bring
an improved customer service experience to ACU students and staff.
This project encompasses the establishment of a
multi-channel Contact Centre, supported by a dedicated enquiry management
system and expert client service teams. Student Central Hubs are being
developed to replace current Student Centres, and a complete update of service
delivery standards and online information will also be undertaken.
The new Contact Centre will be co-located with Enrolments,
Fees and Scholarships and Marketing and External Relations at 232 Victoria
Parade, East Melbourne and will be phased into use from December 2014.
A Stakeholder Reference Group has been established
with broad representation from across the University community. Stakeholder
feedback is encouraged and staff are welcome to submit comments or queries via
feedback form. AProject
