Finalists will address the topic 'How does empathy enhance leadership? at the ACU National Oratory Competition Final this Wednesday 11 October at the North Sydney Campus.
The Oratory Program offered by the Student Enrichment Unit within the Office of Student Success provides students with an opportunity to develop their communication skills.
Following six successful local Oratory Competitions, the ACU National Oratory Competition Final will take place on Wednesday 11 October in the Peter Cosgrove Centre, level 18 Tenison Woods House, North Sydney.
Students will address the topic “How does empathy enhance leadership?”
The Oratory Competition allows students to practice the basic principles of speech and interpersonal communication with an emphasis on critical thinking, creative and intelligent selection of material, organisation, and oral presentation.

You are invited to attend the National Oratory Competition Final on Wednesday 11 October in the Peter Cosgrove Centre, Level 18 Tenison Woods House, North Sydney. The program will commence at 11.30am and finish at approximately 2pm. A light lunch will be served.
