The University is offering a series of four Worklife Balance Seminars, led by experienced facilitators from AccessEAP, the University’s Employee Assistance Provider. These seminars, available to all staff members by video conference cover a range of topics that aim assist staff to enhance their wellbeing and more effectively manage competing demands from work, family and other pursuits.
Building Resilience is the first of the four Work Life Balance Seminars offered to staff in 2016 by video conference. This interactive session provides practical information and tools for understanding resilience and how it can benefit participants, and includes practical activities that will enhance participants’ skills to develop their resilience.
