Due to the reduced demand for staff services in the lead-up to the university Christmas close-down, the operating hours of Service Central will be adjusted for part of December 2018 and January 2019. These operating hours are when you can call Service Central for help with HR and Properties & Facilities services on (07) 3623 7272, and when the Service Central team will respond to any queries or requests you submit though the portal. Please note that the Service Central portal will remain available for staff during this period at staff.acu.edu.au/servicecentral. You can use the portal to search for information on HR and Properties & Facilities services at any time.
From 10 December 2018 to 11 January 2019 (inclusive) the operating hours will be 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. On Monday 24 December, Service Central will be open from 8.30am and close at 3pm for the Christmas holiday. Service Central will reopen after the university close-down at 8.30am on Wednesday 2 January 2019.
When normal hours resume
From 14 January 2019, the Service Central contact centre will resume normal operating hours of 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
