The ACU photography style
Community photography has been elevated as a prominent tier of our photography style. It is a reflection of who we are at our core; a community of staff, students and partners who are dedicated to making a positive difference in society, as well as in the lives of the individuals with whom we interact.
Introduction of the ACU pattern
The introduction of the ACU pattern adds further depth and breadth to ACU’s visual identity. While the perspective shapes should be used wherever possible to lead communications, the pattern is used to create visual interest where appropriate.
Brand architecture framework
ACU is a complex organisation with many different entities including directorates, departments, faculties, schools, clinics, research entities, student life, community engagement, media and publications and places and facilities, each engaging with a variety of audiences.
The brand architecture framework provides guidance on determining the appropriate relationship that various entities and initiatives should have with the ACU parent brand – and hence also determines the appropriate branding treatment – both visually and in nomenclature.
Video production guidelines
These guidelines have been put together for production companies and university staff who are producing promotional videos to be hosted on the ACU website and other official channels, or on third party sites.
