Student Advocacy Service receiving results information sessions
The Student Advocacy Service, within the Office of Student Success, conducts receiving results information sessions. The sessions are offered on each campus and are designed to assist students who are concerned about their results.
The receiving results information sessions provide students with:
an overview of options on addressing concerns regarding results
information on the processes for requesting a review or appeal, including the Student Appeals Policy
information regarding supplementary assessment and eligibility criteria
tips on University support services to assist students next semester
an overview of where to find further support.

If students present to you with concerns about their results, please refer them to a receiving results information session in the first instance. If a student chooses to attend an information session, they do not need to register. The dates and locations of the information sessions can also be found via the Student Portal.
