The best nominations are those that tell a story about our staff demonstrating excellence and going above and beyond their day job to make a difference throughout the University and the wider community.
If you want a little help to ensure your nomination makes an impact on the Selection Panel, then look no further.
Below are some tips to create a strong award nomination:
Keep it brief. Short and sweet, no need to repeat.
Stick to the selection criteria. Every criteria you don’t address, limits success.
Make an impact. Tell the Selection Panel a story. What really made the difference? Highlight it, bold it and double underline it. This is what the Selection Panel really needs to see.
Reapply. Previously unsuccessful? Consider reapplying. Projects within the last three years are eligible to enter.
