About the Session

Organisational change requires people to do things differently. When faced with change, most people initially respond with resistance, particularly when the change was not their idea in the first place. This workshop helps you to manage change well, so people feel engaged in the change process and work collectively toward a common objective, realising benefits, and delivering results.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Leverage the benefits of coaching as a core leadership capability
  • Use a proven coaching process to drive performance
  • Recognise the impact of continuous change on people and address their needs using emotional intelligence
  • Handle coaching conversations during continuous change with increased confidence and competence
