Creating an Inclusive Environment

About the Session

An inclusive workplace respects and values the diverse talents and abilities of all individuals and is a place where people feel a sense of belonging that aligns with our mission at ACU. In this workshop learners explore specific actions and skills they can personalise and use to create an environment of inclusion. You’ll learn about unconscious bias and negative stereotypes and what you can do to mitigate them and will develop an “all in” plan for being inclusive.
