About this workshop

Supervisors contribute to staff wellbeing through job design, effective management of resources, supporting individuals to focus on priorities and creating a psychologically safe environment.

This two-hour virtual workshop run by AccessEAP will focus on equipping you as a supervisor with an understanding of your role in managing mental wellbeing in the workplace, and some practical tools to assist you to support staff wellbeing.
