About the Session
Our health is wellbeing is one of our greatest assets in life, yet without giving it the right care and attention, it can quickly become compromised. Based on positive psychology, this workshop is designed to bring awareness to the importance of proactively looking after our mental health and wellbeing within the workplace.
During this session you'll learn the foundation to positive mental health and wellbeing and what research-based strategies can be adopted to support optimal outcomes.
- Understand the science behind why it is so important to prioritise mental health & wellbeing, and the potential risks of neglect.
- Recognise the common roadblocks to looking after our basic wellbeing needs.
- The Wellbeing Wheel: use this tool to gain insight into your current level of wellbeing and set some new goals in key areas you wish to improve.
- Learn research-based strategies, tools, and techniques to boost positive mental health.
