About this workshop

Self-care refers to activities that preserve and maintain our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. It is an ongoing commitment to look after yourself by adopting helpful behaviours that protect your wellbeing during periods of stress. This 90 minute virtual workshop will help you to learn how to maximise your wellbeing through mindfulness and self-care strategies, that can be particularly helpful during times of uncertainty.
