About this workshop

Today’s workforce is more diverse than ever!

The University’s workforce includes people who have a range of differences, including, but not limited to gender, national and cultural origin and generational differences. Effectively managing the diversity of our workforce provides different perspectives and approaches that will contribute to an inclusive, respectful and more productive workplace.

This two-hour virtual workshop will provide supervisors with practical information to build their understanding of -diversity in the workplace, and how individual differences can be harnessed to foster healthy working relationships and enhance performance.
