We've also made bold commitments in the ACU Staff Enterprise Agreement 2022 - 2025 to grow ACU's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce across professional, academic and research streams.
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples Employment Plan 2023 - 2026 will guide our priorities over the next three years. It includes a range of initiatives to attract and retain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, build and develop capability to support staff to grow and succeed in their roles and enhance the cultural safety of the workplace.
