  1. Hiring manager advertises opportunity on ACU CareerHub
  2. Hiring manager promotes role to students on various platforms
  3. ACU students apply for the role
  4. Hiring Manager to shortlist and interview applicants
  5. Interviews are conducted in accordance with ACU recruitment policy
  6. Successful student is selected and appointed to the role
