ACU Induction Program

As part of your Induction at ACU, you are required to take part in all components within the first six months of employment at ACU.

You can learn more about the support designed for new starters using the ACU Resources Guide

Ongoing conversations with your supervisor are crucial to supporting induction at a local level. These conversations help to clarify expectations of your role, discuss resources, preferred ways of working and your learning needs, and are an opportunity to give and receive feedback about your progress.  On commencement, your supervisor will organise a time to meet to discuss your new role and to answer any questions you have.

This introductory workshop will provide you with the knowledge and information to navigate ACU as a new staff member. You’ll find out all you need to know for your employment and be guided through the resources available to you. There will be an opportunity to connect with other new starters and have your questions answered.

You will receive a calendar invitation to this workshop.
