The team is responsible for providing expert advice to stakeholders across the university on student policy, and on student appeal, conduct, complaints and fitness to study matters, ensuring the principles of procedural fairness and integrity are maintained.
The team provides a case management support approach for handling student complaints, supports the Campus Deans in relation to student conduct matters, and coordinates support for the operation of Discipline and Fitness to Study Committees, and the University Appeals Committee.
