AskACU is proud to launch its new promotional video – highlighting a new concept in service delivery!
Major transformations have taken place on four campuses to convert Student Centres to our new look and feel, AskACU Centres. Melbourne, Strathfield, North Sydney and Canberra have undergone major refurbishments and are now offering a new standard of face-to-face service in conjunction with the multi-channel Contact Centre. New AskACU Centres will also be operational in Ballarat and Brisbane in Semester 2, 2016.
AskACU aims to remove the barriers that exist between students and service, in both a physical and service-concept sense. As such, counters are no longer a part of the new AskACU Centres and, through mobile devices, AskACU staff can provide a more flexible and visible service outside the borders of the AskACU Centres. In addition, students and staff can now contact AskACU by phone, email, live chat, and SMS, providing options that have not existed previously. Staff also have a dedicated Staff Priority extension (x8282) and are encouraged to use this line when requiring real time assistance from an AskACU team member.
