Transport

There are a number of different transport options for getting to and from the North Sydney Campus. Please see below for further details:

By train

The North Sydney Train Station is on the busy Northern and North Shore train lines. To plan your trip to North Sydney Station, we recommend that you use the City Rail Trip Planner.

North Sydney Campus is an easy walk from the North Sydney Station. To get there, walk through the Greenwood Plaza and up the escalators until you come out at the Miller Street and Pacific Highway intersection. From there turn left up Mount Street and then right down Edward Street.

By bus

Many bus services to North Sydney stop at Blues Street; adjacent to the station, or on the Pacific Highway. We recommend that you use the Sydney Buses Trip Planner to plan your bus journey to the campus.

Student parking

There is no parking on campus for students at any time, other than very limited facilities for students/staff with disabilities (temporary or permanent). Limited-time metered parking and paid parking stations are located within walking distance of the campus.

Staff parking

Limited staff parking is available under the James Carroll Building and Tenison Woods House. There is a waiting list for this parking. Please contact Michael Tuckwell on (02) 9739 2962 for further details.

Disabled parking

Arrangements for disabled parking can be made with the Campus Concierge on (02) 9739 2368.

An access ramp from upper-level parking to the James Carroll Building is provided for ease of entry. There is also a lift inside the James Carroll Building with access to all levels. For access to Level 1 of the Library, phone (02) 9739 2370.

Visitor Parking

Limited visitor parking is available for visitors attending the campus on University business. It is not available for staff, students or contractors.
