The Student Administration Directorate provides the University with high quality student administrative and policy services.
These services include:
Led by the Academic Registrar and Director, Student Administration, the Directorate consists of four core divisions:
Responsible for student policy and appeals; and the AskACU Contact Centre and Campus Centres.
Responsible for TAC and direct admissions; management of course information; timetabling, examinations and results.
Responsible for user experience; candidature services, change management, enrolments, fees, scholarships and graduations and protocol.
Responsible for student systems operations and development.
Policies and forms relating to the Academic Registrar and student administration.
