Public transport is readily available to Brisbane Campus.
City Council buses connect the campus with local train stations and local suburbs including Toombul Shopping Centre, Northgate, Banyo, Brisbane City and Fortitude Valley.
City Council bus stops, both in and out bound, are situated just outside the campus grounds near the intersection of Approach Road and Earnshaw Road.

For the convenience of students and staff, ACU runs two free bus services to local public transport hubs.
The ACU service runs Monday to Saturday between Toombul Shopping Centre, Northgate train stations and Chermside Shopping Centre precinct. The departure point from ACU is BCC Bus stop 34, near the corner of Approach Rd. and Earnshaw Rd.
The bus routes can vary depending on traffic conditions to ensure adherence, as much as possible, to the timetables. In consideration of safety and scheduling, passengers may only board/disembark at the designated stops.

Monday to Friday the bus leaves Toombul at approximately 7.30 on a 30min. round trip route.
This service departs Toombul, Grace Street (Toombul Railway Station end). The bus continues to Northgate Station, Ridge Street (ramp side) and then to ACU.
The first service arrives at ACU with sufficient time to attend an 8.00am lecture. The last service on this route leaves ACU at approximately 6.30pm
Monday to Friday the bus leaves from Chermside (Thomas St opp Quest Apartments) every 45 minutes, with the first service at 7:20am.

From 7.30pm a single bus operates on the Chermside/Northgate/Toobul route. Last service from campus departs at approximately 9.30pm.
On Saturdays, the bus leaves Chermside every hour. The first service leaves Chermside at 1pm arriving at ACU at 1:30pm via Toombul (arriving 1:15pm) and Northgate (arriving 1:20pm). The last service leaves ACU approximately 5:30pm.
Please note: The bus service is provided for the use of ACU students and staff to attend the University for academic and work purposes only. Students and staff may be required to show their ACU Student /Staff ID Card.
ACU will constantly monitor the service and reserve the right to make adjustments and changes to the service in an effort to ensure consistency and cost effectiveness.
There is some student and staff car parking on campus but this is strictly limited and there is no guarantee of an available parking space.
Some street parking is available. Council parking regulations must be followed.
There are a limited number of reserved parking spaces on the main campus (outside of Building 206). These spaces are for guests and visitors to ACU and must be prearranged with Concierge.
Bookings should be made through Concierge on (07) 3623 7100 or by emailing Concierge. These bookings are subject to availability.
Access to the staff parking area is available only with an ACU issued swipe card.Please refer to the campus map for location of the staff car park.
There are a number of disabled parking spaces available on campus, which are located outside of buildings 206, 204 and 214.. Please refer to the Brisbane Campus Map for locations.
Students, staff and visitors wishing to park in designated disabled parking spaces must hold and display a current Government issued parking permit.

There is a limited amount of motorbike parking spaces on campus. These are located adjacent to building 232.
Staff members wishing to book a campus vehicle should send a request to servicedesk@acu.edu.au. Please attach a completed motor vehicle request form (PDF file, 74KB) to the request.

A reply will be sent via the Service Desk confirming or declining the request.
If the vehicle is required immediately, a request can be made directly to Campus Operations on (07) 3623 7100. The request will then be placed through Service Desk.

There are two sets of bike racks located on campus. The first set is located outside of the Library adjacent to the covered seating area. The second set is located just outside the Co-Op Bookshop.
