Key activities

  • Develop student-facing content and manage current student communication channels, such as the monthly student bulletins and emails sent through ACU’s CRM.
  • Prepare and review student communications plans.
  • Advise on the appropriate channels for communicating messages to students.
  • Review and edit content for current students.
  • Support strategic messaging from university leaders to students.
  • Support collaborative ways of working by chairing the Student Communications Community of Practice.
  • Provide student communications advice.
  • Deliver student communications training.
