There are several standard pre-built form templates in our Sitecore, CRM and Cvent marketing systems. These form templates can be copied and tweaked to align to the specific campaign. Please raise a Service Central ticket with the CRM team if you need assistance with these templates.
If a new standard form needs to be created in another system, please raise a Service Central ticket with the CRM team and select CRM integration as the service option. Please provide as much information about the form requirements and the new systems as you can, so the CRM team can deliver a robust solution.
