How do I log in to LEO?

Wherever you are, if you have internet access, you should be able to access LEO.

LEO can be accessed via the student portal or directly by typing the URL into the address bar of your browser. We recommend bookmarking this page.

Student Portal

There are numerous links for LEO throughout the ACU website, including the current students link located on the ACU homepage.

  1. To access LEO, click on the Current Students link:
    Click current students
  2. Enter your User ID and password to log into LEO:
Log in using your User ID
  3. In the student portal, click on Units & Results in the left menu, then select the LEO button on the right:
Click on unit & results then the LEO button

The recommended supported browsers are:

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Staff and students can also view and interact with LEO content on mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. Some functionality and editing capabilities may be restricted on these devices.

Occasionally we come across compatibility issues with some of the tools, but as long as you are using one of the browsers above, the issues should be minimal.

Take time to familiarise yourself with the interface. Some of the things to look out for on the home page are:

  • The Burger button on the top left of the page lets you show or hide the Navigation menu
  • The Navigation menu shows all the units you are enrolled in and the Dashboard provides access to those units
  • Your name at the top of the screen is also a menu for personal settings
  • The Technical Support link for help
  • The LEO Guides for Students link in the Resources menu

The layout of this page may be different on mobile or tablet devices, however most functions are accessible.

The first time you log into LEO and/or at the beginning of each semester you must agree to the Site Policy Agreement, which lists the terms and conditions of using LEO.

Please read the agreement carefully and access the links to relevant ACU policies, then click the Yes button to accept the agreement:

Note that if you do not accept the agreement you will be unable to access LEO.
