As a Collection Manager, you can manage items, individually or in bulk, regardless of whether you are the Owner of these items.

Equella items can be managed individually from the item's summary page, or in bulk by using the Manage resources page.

Searching, selecting and performing actions

This section of the guides can help you to:

  1. Search for items in your collection
  2. Select items from your search results
  3. Perform bulk actions on your selected items such as:
    • Delete items,
    • Restore items that have been deleted, or
    • Purge items that have been deleted.
